If Company Changes Booked Plans
Customers who have already booked any services provided by us will be entitled to a refund or alternative if the service provider changes or cancels any booked plan.
- Refund or Alternative Options: If the company changes/cancels booked plans, customers will get partial or full refunds. In some cases, the company arranges alternative options but it is not applicable always.
- Notification & Compensation: In case of any changes/cancellations, the company will notify you promptly. In some cases, we may offer some compensation, such as a discount on future bookings or complimentary services. (T&C Applied)
Refund Policy if Customers Cancel/Change
In case of cancellation or changes in the booked plan by the respective customer, there are certain rules for getting a refund for the services he/she has opted for. It also depends upon the service type and timing of cancellation.
- Cancellation Window & Refund Eligibility: Customers can cancel their booking within a specified cancellation window to be eligible for a full or partial refund. The cancellation window and refund amount depend on the service provider’s policy and the timing of the cancellation.
- Cancellation Penalty: If the customer cancels/changes any plan, a certain amount of penalty will be applicable depending upon the service taken and cancellation timing. Some extra charges may be applied if cancellations/changes are made closer to the departure date.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: There are certain services that are non-refundable. If the customer cancels such bookings, the company is not liable to provide any refund or alternative options. (The non-refundable services will be informed at the time of booking.)
How to Claim for a Refund
There are certain procedures to be followed for getting a refund on booked services. Please carefully read the following points to understand the process of claiming a refund:
- Submit a Refund Request: To get a refund, the customer should reach our customer support team with their booking details. You can also submit the request via email, phone, or through our online portal, depending on your preferred communication method.
- Adhere to Our Refund Policies: Customers must ensure that they follow up on all the terms and conditions of our refund policies. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for making any refund or arranging any alternative or compensation.
Refund Process
It must be noted that the process of refund may take some time. The customers must wait for the time. But we strive to make the refunds promptly and efficiently. The processing time depends upon:
- Refund Approval: As we receive any cancellation request on booked services from customers, we send the request to our internal team for further processing. The team will look into the matter and if they approve the refund request, further process will be done.
- Time for Refunds: The refund processing time depends mainly on the type of service booked and the time of cancellation/change. We will try to make refunds as early as possible.
How Will You Get Your Refund
If your refund request is approved, we will make your refund through the following ways:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking (e.g., credit card, debit card, or online payment platform).
- Refund Intimation: As the refund is processed, the customer will be intimated via mail. This mail will include the refunded amount and any applicable fees or deductions, if any.
